Steamed Vegetables with Dijon Dressing

Ingredients

  • - 3 tbsp. Maille Dijon Originale Mustard
  • - 3 tbsp. Maille Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • - 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • - 1 tbsp. honey or maple syrup
  • - 1 lb. assorted vegetables (such as asparagus, sugar snap peas, green or yellow beans, broccoli, cauliflower and/or baby carrots), steamed to desired doneness

Preparation

  1. Mix Maille Dijon Originale Mustard, Maille Extra Virgin Olive Oil, lemon juice and honey in small bowl or measuring cup with wire whisk until blended.

To serve

Toss hot vegetables with dressing.
