Fish in foil with Fig & Coriander mustard

Ingredients

Directions:

  1. Cut the fish into cubes. Peel the onion and slice.
  2. Mix the fish cubes with white wine, mustard, onion, chopped parsley, and minced garlic. Add salt and pepper. Wrap in foil.
  3. Cook the foil wraps in the oven, making sure that the steam can circulate inside.
  4. Serve with couscous seasoned with Maille Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Provence AOC.
